As an entrepreneur, former Fortune 50 executive, and corporate board director, I have dedicated my career to guiding strategic business growth and global talent, enabling individuals to reach new levels of professional success and personal fulfillment. With a career-long passion for delivering candid and insightful mentorship across global teams, I was confident this was a piece of my executive career I wanted to carry into my next season. Teaming up with Dr. Leslie Braksick, this goal materialized into MyNextSeason. Originally founded to focus on executive transitions, MyNextSeason has expanded to support corporations and professionals at every stage of the career continuum—from early career to rising leaders and transitioning executives. My three-decade career at Bank of America, which spanned various continents and business divisions, enables me to bring a wealth of knowledge and strategic value to the remarkable clients we serve. During my time with Bank of America, I steered the company through the worst of the Global Financial Crisis as its Corporate Treasurer, including oversight of its $2T balance sheet. Additionally, I cultivated an incredibly diverse global perspective while working, leading, and living around the world. At a board level, I leverage my Fortune 50 background to provide steady and strategic guidance in my current and former roles with organizations such as CNL Strategic Capital, Falfurrias Capital, BlackRock, and Depositary Trust & Clearing Corporation. Additionally, my involvement in not-for-profit boards like Opportunity Initial, African Bible Colleges, LifeNet International, and Freedom Communities, allows me to contribute directly to advocacy initiatives close to my heart. As a co-founder of MyNextSeason, I am inspired daily by the influence we have already had in helping individuals feel empowered to face their next professional season, whatever that might be.
