With an advanced degree in land-use planning and professional experience as a City planner and as a real estate Market Analyst, I entered the real estate industry with a different perspective. To refine the sale and marketing of unique real estate assets, I founded the Unique Properties practice at Colliers International in the late 1990s. Part of this approach was to ensure that the practice established a strong digital presence in the early years of internet marketing leveraging Colliers\' global presence. As the world changed, we have continued to grow our digital knowledge to ensure that the properties we represent get the highest possible exposure and reach. Since that time, I have led the sale of over many private islands, Canada’s largest cattle ranch, numerous resorts and development sites, and a long list of other unique properties throughout Canada and globally, with a combined value of over $1 billion.
