Project – Case historyHello – I want to introduce myself – My name is Mark Lester and I have been training Adults for over 20 years. In that time, I’ve had the opportunity to design and create solutions to deliver, track and measure Process and Regulatory training in a variety of industries (e.g. Corrections Industry, Healthcare and Manufacturing). Most recently, I have been using AI video to create training that requires descriptive dialog to explain a new process or best practice.I am very excited about the future of this type of training for scenario-based applications.Below are some examples of what I have been involved in:Allied Stone, Inc.This project was for the stone fabrication facilities – I created a program to manage/report employee proficiency within the plant – I worked with 2 plant manager/SME at the facilities to create an automated numeric process that could be easily adopted by the other plant managers. This system allowed leadership to have eyes on the entire workforce and identify gaps as well as opportunities.Securus TechnologiesI created a training standard for the Natl training team with process and procedure docs for various software products. I also served as a Sr. Technical trainer and travelled to various sites to onboard or reinforce staff training as requested. MedSynergiesThis project focused on decreasing medical billing mistakes - we researched the issue and found the 10 most common billing misstates – we then created scenario-based learning modules and training guides and a standard learning path to reinforce a best practice mentality and increase office profits.My background and work as a journalist and editor allow me to write engaging copy and my work as a Graphic designer gives me the ability to create appealing training materials.Should my qualifications match your needs; I would appreciate any consideration you could give me.
