   Although my tenure with our legal department hasn’t been long relative to my prior experiences, on the data privacy side, I’m most proud of my ability to jump into the middle, develop, negotiate and implement a GDPR-based agreement for use with suppliers and customers in response to an evolving global landscape. Data Privacy is an emerging field, and I took my prior knowledge forward, while also adapting and evolving to what this position requires, leading to establishing legal authority to transfer critical information from EU to US business models. I\'ve also led the team in developing and implementing contract lifecycle management tools which have increased team efficiency and enabled multiple merger and acquisition projects.The second aspect to my position involved my being requested to rejoin the company in the legal department, who wanted the benefit of my experience and knowledge and saw an application for my skills in supplier relationship management, vendor management, and contract negotiation. While also pursuing the above responsibilities with corporate projects, I also operated as the prime contract negotiator for our supplier based, and more recently for a mix of customers including small U.S. telecommunications carriers, non-carrier enterprises, and global reseller and distributor partners, including for the U.S. Federal space.All this serves to expand my knowledge base further than supply chain, adding in data privacy and customer-facing roles where I can focus on creating lasting, mutually-beneficial partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
