ABOUT MARK LASCOLA
I founded ON THE MARK in 1990 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fresno State University (1980) and an interdisciplinary Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Jose State University (1985). My focus was on systems theory and its application to human systems and processes.My passion for “collaborative business transformation”, sits at the heart of OTM and supports a belief in people, holistic thinking and pragmatism.I have successfully delivered over 450 redesigns, and proudly trained and developed approximately executives, managers and internal change agents. My work has reached multiple industries on 6 continents and over 20 countries with OTM’s comprehensive solutions.I share my experience and support the wider industry through regular publication of best practices and am the author of one of the industry’s most integrated and comprehensive re-design/transformation solution. I currently sit on the European Organization Design Forum board and regularly contribute to industry events. When not on a plane or watching a real football AKA: a soccer match, I\'m at home with my family in Phoenix, Arizona.
