   In my current role as Regional Manager, I: • Oversee the performance of the Arizona and California markets\' performance and drive sales by implementing a competitive marketing strategy to solidify the company’s dominance in each market. • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of a District Management Team to manage a four-store expansion in the Arizona market, surpassing sales expectations in a highly competitive region. • Establish and set feasible financial targets for various regions; lead and supervise the activities of four District Managers with 50 retail locations owning full accountability for P/L within their assigned regions. • Liaise with district managers to identify problems with staff performance in retail locations, as well as to develop solutions to solve them, to ensure continuous increase in productivity and efficiency. • Coordinate sales efforts in the Sacramento (2015/2016), Tucson (2019/2020), and Phoenix (2020/2022) markets, thereby leading to each market being the #1 largest net profit improvement in the entire company during those times. • Spearhead the execution of strategic plans to drive sales operational excellence, as well as to increase service delivery across over 50 stores, three regions, and three states.
