These things done well will result in admired products and services, a knowledgeable inspired team and economic prosperity for all stakeholders. Recognized as a bright, talented leader by Trinity Consultants, Inc.’s Board of Directors at an early point in my career resulted in an appointment as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2001. This opportunity provided me a platform to embrace listening, learning, interpreting, and acting on the dynamic variables in the business environment. My approach to executive leadership is built on innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement established in the early phases of my career. At Bury, was the driving leader of the growth and institutionalization of a historically local professional services firm. This was done through a commitment to excellence, choosing strategic options to advance the organization in new markets and unwavering commitment to communicating to the entire organization the vision of future. Strategically, we created an environment to encourage/reward sourcing new organic opportunities in desirable geographies and led the group to acquire firms with services that were accretive to our existing client base. Tactically, we refreshed or implemented new marketing programs, revised our talent acquisition/on boarding approach, overhauled the senior leadership structure, and aligned our compensation philosophy with achieving milestones in the strategic plan. In each case, this leadership of admired organizations in the industry resulted in economic prosperity and value creation.
