Director @Optima Training Uk Limited
As a Director of Optima, I combine consultancy, facilitation and hands on delivery to help organisations build capability and navigate change. Taking on interim roles to address short term skills gaps, whilst coaching and mentoring managers in a variety of organisational contexts. I work with senior stakeholders to design and deliver training that improves performance and embeds new ways of working. My work involves:• Leadership, management, operations and strategy training• Coaching and mentoring for managers and emerging leaders• Programme design and digital content development• Diagnosing capability gaps and translating strategy into practical action• Supporting funding claims, project delivery and market analysis.Optima Training has been creating bespoke skills‑development programmes since 2003. We co‑create blended coaching, facilitation and training solutions that are grounded in real‑world challenges and aligned to measurable outcomes. We help organisations to solve the people and process problems that hold them back: improving leadership impact, making meetings productive, strengthening customer experience, rebuilding fragmented teams, reducing operational friction and closing capability or compliance gaps. We don’t do off‑the‑shelf. We focus on outcomes - lightbulb moments that lead to better performance, clearer communication and sustainable ways of working. Our work is co‑created so the change sticks long after the sessions end.
