My practice includes representing clients in employment law litigation, counseling and drafting of employment-related agreements, including non-compete/confidentiality agreements. I also represent clients in traditional labor matters such as ULP charges, contract negotiation and administration. A large part of my practice also includes representing employers in OSHA matters across the country in both federal and state plan states. This includes regulatory compliance, representation in on-site inspections, informal conferences, formal administrative appeals, and defense of whistleblower claims. I can provide support and defense based on the client’s particular needs ranging from telephonic or e-mail support to in-person representation of management witnesses during an inspection. Once citations are issued, I can also assist clients in the negotiation at the Informal Conference or the litigation of appeals and/or administrative hearings.
