ABOUT MARK JOLLEY

I am a highly motivated delivery focused leader with a strong business and technical background. I have consistently progressed professionally during more than two decades of working within the technology and financial sectors. I am committed to continuing to develop and grow myself to ensure that technology adds the maximum value to the business. I champion the view that technology should operate as a customer service provider, where the technology strategy is driven by the business model and priorities. I consider it of paramount importance that leaders engage at the right level in order to be proactive in delivering the businesses agenda. I believe in nurturing other leaders while holding them accountable for their actions, and in creating an inspiring and professional atmosphere in the workplace that encourages teamwork and respect. Specialties: Senior Technology Leader with a Capital Markets background and a complete trade and product life-cycle understanding primarily within the vendor application arena e.g. SUMMIT and Murex. More recently I have been overseeing in-house major transformation for e-Channel Digital applications
