Over the course of my career I have used the many skills I have developed in order to lead engineering teams in meeting and exceeding all objectives set before us. My dedication to finding the most innovative approaches to problem solving has helped me to bring complicated projects to successful completion. One of the ways that I have been able to achieve as much success as possible is the ability to look at budgets and find ways to reduce costs without reducing quality. This can be in the form of improved negotiations, increased efficiency, or just correcting flaws in systems. I also excel at working with others in order to find the best approach to a given question. Whether it’s instructing subordinates in ways they can quickly grasp or understanding the needs of stakeholders at all levels of the company, my skills as a communicator have repeatedly resulted in top quality results.
