Role: Developing content strategies, service content, and API technical documentation across discovery, alpha, beta and live phases of a high-profile programme for schools and training providers. Responsibilities:* design content to GDS design standards * advocate for the importance of agile, iterative and user-centred methods with DfE communities of practice * coach civil servants and external stakeholders in content design * help create and iterate a successful discovery approach to encourage more user-centred policy decisions * shape the content design vision, ways of working and principles of a discovery team * champion inclusive design with colleagues from contract management and policy. This has enabled policy colleagues to build empathy with the people their policies were affecting, thus improving policy effectiveness * apply systems thinking techniques to build a better understanding of the teacher training system, the perspectives of the various actors and the incentives
