I am a Group CFO (FCMA, CGMA, CMgr, FCMI), expert in directing strategic turnarounds and transformations for accounting, operations and strategy for Consumer Goods, Fashion, Food, Engineering, OEM Equipment and Services companies. In streamlining systems, I quickly implement efficient Group controls that significantly grow EBIT and cashflow.I excel at recruiting and developing world-class teams with exceptional communications that establish mutually beneficial and profitable relationships with key stakeholders. Following an acquisition, Nylacast wanted to review costs and drive-up profitability. As Group CFO, I performed a deep investigation. I reviewed supplier contracts, spend and market rates, positioned 2-year deal with utilities providers and reviewed acquisition cost impact. I repositioned Sales function, mitigating risks to service delivery, stock availability and customer service while reporting progress to Board. Succeeded in making significant savings across acquisition costs, supply chain and utilities bills over 5-month period. Mayborn needed to restructure their credit control function to support upcoming PE transaction. As Interim Finance Director (Projects), I led transformation, performing Process and Credit Control team assessment to determined isolation and lack of automation as key drivers for performance issues. I integrated departments to solve issues and automated multiple processes while retraining teams for best-in-class collections.
