We have over 1,900 travel entrepreneurs across six countries (UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa and the UAE), supported by over 300 colleagues in our UK headquarters and overseas offices. Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and assisting in the onboarding process of candidates for Travel Counsellors. I am also responsible for assisting with strategic project work being implemented as part of wider People Team initiatives, to help drive better employee engagement and experience within the business.
