Colorado Springs, CO, US

Miracle Method is the largest bath and kitchen refinishing company in the country, having satisfied over customers over the past 45 years. With over 190 U.S. franchise territories, we specialize in repairing and restoring all types of tubs, ceramic tile, and countertops. Specializing means we don’t do drywall, painting, carpentry, or windows. Specializing means we are the very best at refinishing. and constantly improving. Each of our franchisees live in the market they serve. They are local. It’s very possible they’re your neighbors or friends you see at church or at your children’s school. They are independent small business owners who are working hard to build a good reputation and good business by delivering quality work and superior service.I work with our CEO and the great team at Miracle Method headquarters to provide support to our franchisees, provide direction and oversight for our operating units, and manage the company’s operations.

ABOUT MARK CHAMBERS

Over the past 30+ years I have had the privilege of helping a variety of companies improve their organizations through a simple process of making things Repeatable, Scalable and Measurable. I am a big believer that if you can measure it, you can improve it. I love systems, and putting ones in place that allow for hyper growth in a company. There is something greatly satisfying when you can gather a group of people together, cast a vision worth following, and then watch as magic happens. If you read through the jobs below, I encourage you to start back in the early 90’s when I did my first self-employed company in California. If you pay close attention to the narrative, the experiences at each company build on one another culminating in my latest chapter in a fascinating adventure! As a serial entrepreneur, let me summarize some of my life lessons:• Work hard! Harder than what is expected of you!• Be a person of your word (tell the truth).• Respect others and recognize their strengths and contributions.• Be sincerely interested in others and Listen more than you Speak.• Stand firm in your convictions, but be willing to admit when you are wrong.• Facts inform … Story Transforms! We are driven by story, so learn how to tell yours. These are but a few of the items that I try and live by each day.(I say try because I fail daily, but won’t give up.) The observations made and lessons learned (I hope) can be encouraging to others on a similar journey. If we have the opportunity to connect, I will take it. If you are near, let’s grab coffee! I enjoy meeting others and hearing their stories.
