ABOUT MARK JACKSON-STOPS

In the 30 years from 1995 to 2025, I helped companies and individuals sort out difficult problems. I spent a good deal of my time helping people to have difficult conversations leading to better understanding of each other\'s interests and usually to resolution of their disputes.I helped dysfunctional business partnerships get back on track or agree terms for separation, and I helped many families at war to sort out their differences and find a way of dividing their assets, whether real estate or business, to the benefit of future generations.And I helped countless parties in litigation, whether over property, professional negligence, insurance or other commercial contracts, to find a route to resolving their disputes and stopping litigation in its tracks. I remain a partner in IPOS Mediation as a consultant, ready to mentor younger mediators and conduct peer reviews and to advise litigants and their advisers on strategy in dispute resolution.
