Reporting to the CFO, I manage a team of Procurement Professionals delivering seven figure annual savings against a spend of over £400m. Procurement is fully aligned with the overall aims of the business to deliver a wide ranging business improvement programme and play a key role in the achievement of these targets. I support the team in the delivery of our employee engagement targets and we have consistently achieved upper quartile scores in each of the surveys. I also have responsibility for Facilities Management, BCP and Biffa\'s Head Office portfolio of buildings.
