My focus at ADA Platform Technology (ADAPT) has been on building out day-to-day operations as well as developing and executing a strategic roadmap for this legal software company, I have played multiple roles in growing this start up including -(1) Leading business development, new product development, marketing and campaign development.(2) Managing hiring and payroll, finances and contracting.(3) Focusing on building out company systems and capabilities including evaluating and implementing 3rd party software (e.g. Salesforce, JIRA, SurveyMonkey, ConstantContact, etc) as well as driving customer informed product development and marketing initiatives.(4) Working with a team of technology and content experts in delivering and marketing a new document assembly platform for government lawyers, solo and small legal practices.
