ABOUT MARK HERTEL

Over three decades in the telecom space, all filled with constant change and amazing opportunties! I started selling analog systems, moved to digital systems, then to VoIP and now SaaS based solutions. Enjoyed 14 years in the reseller channel where I worked with many talented manufacturer\'s representatives and was fortunate to work with ShoreTel when VoIP technology was changing the industry. The last decade I\'ve spent in the contact center space and the changes have been just as rapid. I recently transitioned into the cyber security space, specifically the processing card industry compliancy market.As my career continues, I am focusing on improving and honing my sales and management skills on many fronts:* Hiring and developing a world class sales team through open communication, consistent management style and providing all the necessary tools* Working closely with our channel partners to provide a competitive advantage, improve client satisfaction and increase revenue* Always researching new trends, sales methodologies and negotiation strategiesCyber criminals continue to get more sophisticated, better funded, and the attack on our personal data is a constant threat.
