I’m a senior rail and transport strategy leader with 18 years’ experience supporting clients across policy, regulation, strategy, planning, early-stage project development and business case appraisal.I lead a Arup\'s Rail Planning business across the UKIMEA region, alongside a London-based Strategic Consulting team of 30 transport specialists. My role combines executive-level advisory work with commercial leadership — shaping strategy, overseeing delivery, developing capability, and driving sustainable growth.I have a strong track record in work winning, including securing three major multi-disciplinary frameworks, and I maintain long-standing relationships with government, infrastructure managers, owning groups, operators and industry bodies. I hold a Master’s degree in transport and am a member of four professional associations.
