I have extensive operations experience in areas of Business Management, Compliance (PCI, HIPAA, SOCs, IT), Project Management, RISK Management, Field Support Groups, Data Center Operations, Logistics, Design and Implementation of Technical Space, Sales Proposals, Program Development and Management, NOC Operations, Hosting Operations, IP Telephone Systems and Call Center Operations, Security, Surveillance and Access Control systems, network cabling, power systems as well as Disaster Recovery of Information Systems. An extensive background in the areas of strategy, planning, process development, recruitment, training, facilities management, network and access design and Project Management of technical resources and space.
