BT currently has 20 Showcase facilities across US & C, Europe and AMEA. I head up the Pan BT Global Business Showcases strategy team. The key purpose as head is to design, develop and execute an integral business strategy and plan to significantly contribute to the growth and customer satisfaction objectives to BT Global Services. I have responsibility for all BT Global Business Showcases, both current and those in planning. Being consistent with the agreed global strategy, I ensure that all BT\'s Showcases contribute in line with localised objectives/targets/strategies, as well as maximise their global utilisation.
