   General Manager of 600-person Small Law Firm Segment P&L, growing top-line revenue organically $60M (from $563M to $623M / year), gross new sales $30M (from $123M to $153M / year), while reducing costs by $25M. The Small Law Firm Segment is the largest sub-segment across all of Thomson Reuters, both in terms of size of sales plan and sales professionals. The Segment serves all small law firms’ needs in Legal, including the digital marketing, practice management, and research content needs. Solutions in my remit include FindLaw, the world’s most trafficked legal resource in the world counting 90M unique visitors annually, as well as market-leading software, Westlaw, and Practical Law brands.• Completed a multiyear workforce transformation to convert one-third of field staff into virtual roles, including moving 15% of resources offshore, while keeping attrition to less than 15%• Managed COVID impact adeptly, moving more than 350 field staff to remote, while delivering more than 20% productivity increases and double-digit sales growth over time period • Responsible for all digital channel and operations needs for the Segment to drive more than $170M in digitally-enabled sales and renewals each year• Responsible for the long-term strategy and all investment and product innovation for the Segment
