Dynamics 365 expert with 20 years’ experience in business solutions with a focus on customer relationship management. I am currently the Dynamics Lead at Spanish Point Technologies who are a Microsoft partner specialising in Azure, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, custom applications as well as Dynamics 365. In my previous position I was pre-sales technical specialist for Microsoft Ireland which was a role I had for over 10 years. This was focused on Dynamics CRM and later Dynamics 365.
