I am a global operations and technology executive with more than four decades of leadership across the semiconductor, sensor, and advanced manufacturing industries, where performance, scale, and operational precision determine competitive advantage.Over the course of my career, I have built, scaled, and transformed complex global manufacturing organizations, leading multi-billion-dollar factory networks and operational teams across the United States, Asia, and Latin America. My work has consistently focused on turning operations into predictable, high-performance systems that deliver measurable improvements in quality, delivery and cost.I previously led worldwide manufacturing for ON Semiconductor, where I was responsible for global factory operations, technology transfers, and large-scale capacity expansion across a distributed manufacturing network. I also held senior operational leadership roles at TE Connectivity driving operational transformation for its global sensors business and strengthening manufacturing performance across multiple international sites.Throughout my career I have led organizations through periods of rapid growth, consolidation, and technological change, including large-scale M&A integrations, factory expansions, operational turnarounds, and new technology ramps. I have built and transferred advanced manufacturing capabilities globally, enabling companies to scale emerging technologies while maintaining operational discipline.In addition to executive leadership, I bring board and governance experience, having served on multiple joint venture boards, including as Chairman.
