From the outset, our mission has been clear: to develop a compassionate, sustainable, and transformative model that enables people in crisis not just to survive—but to thrive.As CEO, I lead on strategy, innovation, partnerships, and advocacy—working to scale our unique, human-centred approach to rebuilding lives affected by poverty, food insecurity, and social exclusion.Highlights and Achievements- Developed the \'Rebuilding Lives\' programme, a pioneering holistic support model addressing the root causes of poverty, not just the symptoms- Featured in the BBC1 Panorama documentary, Hungry Britain, highlighting the urgent need for reform in how the UK supports its most vulnerable- Selected as a Best Practice Representative in the 2020 Parliamentary Review, recognising our innovation and leadership in the voluntary sector- Secured partnerships with local authorities, NHS providers, and national charities to create joined-up support pathways for individuals and families- Led the distribution of over 3 million meals and support sessions through our crisis response infrastructure- Oversaw multiple award wins, including:Bristol Prestige \'Best in Charitable Community Services\'South West Prestige \'Crisis Support NPO Charity of the Year\'Global Awards \'Crisis Support NPO Charity of the Year (UK)\'CEO Magazine (New York)\'Top 20 Dynamic CEOs of 2024 (UK)\'Influenced national dialogue and local policy, positioning TMTP as a model for ethical, evidence-based community supportOur work is grounded in dignity, trust, and the belief that no one should face poverty alone.
