As an accomplished Company Director, Board Member and UKGC PML holder, I have amassed over a decade of experience in marketing, management and leadership within the highly competitive online gaming and betting industry. In my previous role, I was responsible for the revenue growth and P&L performance of a business portfolio that included some of the most recognisable brands in the industry, such as Pink Casino, Crown Bingo and Bet UK. Within six years, we achieved an eight-figure exit for the owners, a testament to the innovative and results-driven strategies that were implemented by me and my teams.One of my key achievements was building a successful business from less than 15 office-based staff to over 120 FTE within six years, specialising in marketing whilst also providing managed services throughout the value chain. I personally oversaw a wide range of services, including; target market definition, domain name selection, brand positioning, customer acquisition, customer retention, customer support, responsible gambling, anti-money laundering, front and back-end technology, product development, graphic design, user experience, conversion rate optimisation, casino content, sportsbook management and more.My track record of success has been built on a passion for innovation, a results-driven approach, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
