Act as the sole Automation QA Engineer for the iOS team, maintaining and expanding the test framework. Increased UI test coverage using Swift, XCUITest, LambdaTest, and Bitrise from 50% to 80%- Improved pipeline stability by reducing flaky test failures by 90% and maintaining a consistently green build status across releases- Manually test new features on compatible devices and different iOS versions, ensuring that all 53 apps function well- Created an automation roadmap, introduced new metrics for tracking the progress and sharing them with stakeholders- Created and owned a CI/CD workflow to automatically generate a build per test cycle, submit it to TestFlight, and link the build number directly to Jira tickets. This enhanced visibility of the testing process and accelerated the presentation of new features to stakeholders- Manage vendor relationships with an automation infrastructure provider, resolved multiple platform-level bugs, and restored test reliability- To increase the number of cloud devices used in parallel (from 7 to 13), I successfully prepared the case, ran POC and managed to secure increased budget for the QA department. It decreased E2E and regression tests run time by 10 minutes and allowed running 2-3 jobs simultaneously- Mentored a new QA Engineer for the Android team.
