I am a Cisco certified engineer working for a multinational telecommunications company. Supporting customers wired and wireless network infrastructure, troubleshooting faults and carrying out changes. Since gaining my certifications I have been involved in some interesting projects that have allowed me to develop my IT skills and gain soft skills and project management experience. On one project l was tasked with recovering approximately €60K of unpaid bills for the company. I also routinely migrated hundreds of GB of user data, in order to decommission old storage infrastructure.I am experienced dealing with clients, explaining technical issues in an understandable manner, in order to troubleshoot and fix problems. I am used dealing with people from different nationalities and cultures, and at various levels within business.I am looking for a role where I can develop my skills further, gaining experience with new technologies, learning new skills and revelling in new challenges. Specialties: Cisco CCNP, Meraki, Cisco WLC, MCITP on Windows Server 2008, Windows Active Directory administration, Exchange administration, Project management.
