I\'m a proponent of optimized and collaborative experiences for all constituents, all the way from customers, employees, systems, processes, infrastructure and beyond. I believe in saving time and enabling positive experiences by creating efficient business processes and optimizing workflows. That is predicated on first having built a solid foundation and proper infrastructure that can generate and track action oriented data, that can scale. Time and mental bandwidth are limited resources, and by over taxing them with ordinary routines, we are collective wearing ourselves thin and we are missing opportunities right in front of us. We can collaboratively and continuously, through incremental iteration and calibration, better design, develop, and deploy solutions that lead to sustainable and scalable positive experiences, to afford us even better overall uses of our time and mental bandwidth.
