   As Tax Industrials leader for the firm, Mark brings perspective on global tax developments, tax planning, and economic and industry trends impacting clients across the firm. With this framework, clients can make informed decisions about how to address their tax, finance and business needs.Mark leads or collaborates as a team member on some of the firm\'s largest clients across SEC, private equity and family office reporting environments. Having been tax director of a $3 billion business, Mark relates from experience with the tax and finance roles and needs of clients.Mark leads the quarterly and year-end ASC 740 financial reporting, tax planning and return preparation for large and dynamic companies. He oversees IRS and state tax audits and appeals, prepares requests for private letter rulings and advises clients on tax diligence and the tax integration of acquired companies. Mark and his teams also advise clients on global tax structuring, adoption of tax technology, transfer pricing, acquisition structuring, and R&D and other federal and state tax credits.
