Life itself being a special gift, I try to make the most of every moment in that balancing act between professional achievement and personal satisfaction. My greatest satisfaction as Editorial Director of Radius Book Group is working with authors who are as passionate about their books as I am about publishing them. I help authors with entrepreneurial spirits find their voice, refine their message, and collaboratively create strategies to succeed. Publishing is all about relationships, and I thrive on developing relationships with authors, professionals in the physical and digital publishing industry, and beyond, built on integrity.Over more than two decades, I have held a wide array of responsibilities in different sectors of publishing. Acquisitions and editorial work grew to overseeing the production process and negotiating vendor agreements. I have done market research, developed marketing and publicity campaigns, and sold books to traditional and niche markets alike. Managing a publishing company has entailed implementing editorial procedures, strategic planning, and new business development.So, let’s connect!
