I am a senior at Marian University, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Psychology. As a committed member of the track and field team, I successfully balance my academic and athletic responsibilities while gaining real-world experience in both hospitality and human resources. Being a student-athlete has strengthened my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure.Currently, I serve as a supervisor at The JW Marriott, where I continue to strengthen my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. In addition, I am a Human Resources Intern at Marian University, where I support HR functions and contribute to employee engagement and administrative processes. These roles have allowed me to lead teams, build meaningful relationships, and develop a strong understanding of organizational operations.This upcoming summer, I will serve as a Systems Implementation Specialist at Selerix Systems, Inc. through the Orr Fellowship. In this role, I look forward to gaining hands-on experience in systems integration, client support, and technology-driven business solutions. I am excited to expand my skill set in operations and implementation strategy while contributing to a company focused on innovation and efficiency.Overall, these experiences have sharpened my ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and adapt quickly, skills I am eager to continue developing and applying as I pursue a career at the intersection of business, people, and technology.
