I am responsible for the implementation of strategic goals and objectives, as well as managing the operational performance of the company. Working with the sales teams, support functions and finance department to ensure adhesion to current relevant legislation in the industry. I promote a very high level quality in processes and customer service, which is fundamental to Fuel’s method of working. I have over 18 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, specialising within the technology sector, initially in supplying contractors to the telecommunications industry and later working within IT and Broadcast for both contract and permanent placements. I have vast experience managing large teams of recruitment consultants and sizable budgets.
