Responsible for working with the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) to execute the strategic vision set by the Executive Committee. This position is a hands-on Manager responsible for performing technical tasks and the day to day management and operations of the Discovery Services Processing & Hosting Analysts. Team Management/Leadership:• Provide day-to day management and guidance providing project leadership, mentoring, and oversight to Processing & Hosting Analysts.• Participate in the hiring, mentoring, and performance management of the new and existing team members • Provide written and verbal constructive feedback and coaching during Quarterly Conversations and annual performance reviews.Operational:• Manage the allocation of tasks & resources within the team; monitor band-with and adjust/communicate internal timelines as necessary• Management and development of protocols for the team; ensuring tasks are assigned and completed based on defined scope and schedule• Supervise and assist team in the administration, operation, and upgrade of legal technology software required to provide all services• Work with teams and directors to balance/manage client expectations • Manages and provides guidance on task and resource conflicts• Provides professional and timely communication between client and internal operations• Contributes to infrastructure planning and needs assessment in support of processing and hosting operations• Manage relationships with Processing and Hosting vendors/partners (Relativity, Ipro, Law, Nuix, etc.)• Work with IT/Innovations to resolve issues, manage tickets, coordinate hardware, software purchases, etc.• Create and provide statistical reports related to data counts, utilization and other metrics to senior leadership • Participate on client calls to troubleshoot and provide solutions• Coordinates projects with other departments or outside vendors as necessary
