Provide leadership and vision that binds engineering and manufacturing disciplines spanning U.S, Belgium and New Zealand resources to concept, test and launch both new and improved existing specialty metal roofing products for both residential and light commercial markets throughout North and Central America. Ensure that both new and improved products meet customer needs, achieve stringent performance/building code compliance and contribute to incremental sales contribution.
