Mark is the founder and the Chairman and CEO of Europlay Capital Advisors. Mark also heads up The ECA Strategic Advisory Group. Mark was one of the original investors in Skype and its first Board Member and remained on the Board through the sale of of Skype to eBay for over $2.6 billion, and Mark was part of the group that bought Skype from eBay in November 2009. He re-joined the Board of Directors and was the longest serving Board Member of Skype, serving from its start to the sale to Microsoft in 2011 for $8.5 Billion. Mark previously led the buyout of Virgin Interactive Entertainment from the Viacom group, and was the Chairman and CEO of Virgin Interactive Entertainment. Prior to that he was the co-founder and CEO of Ozisoft, CEO of SEGA Ozisoft, and CEO of Sega Gaming Technologies. He is the CEO of Europlay Capital Advisors and ECA Strategic Advisory Group He sits on the Board of a multitude of private companies primarily in the Technology sector and advises major private equity and venture firms. He sits on the Board of Atomico, Talon, Housecanary, Rapid Deploy, Bestow, and is the Managing Partner at Morpheus Ventures
