About Mark Dustrude
I have worked exclusively in the medical device business since January of 1995 when I started my own company, OEUVRE Technology. The business started out of one idea I had for solving one customer\'s problem. A private loan to purchase one laser and rental of 400 square feet of space helped me start a business with me as its sole employee. Over a period of seven years I invested in additional equipment, hired 6 employee s, and physically moved the company three times to accommodate the growth. By 2002, I had grown the company to over 35 customers and $1M in annual revenue and sold the business to LSA Laser. I remained with LSA, continuing to add value to LSA, combining my role within R&D, and ability to solve customers\' problems. I was a key contributor to LSA\'s growth in new technologies, bringing in several new customers to LSA, ultimately making it a valuable investment opportunity to its new owners.
