I am a seasoned market access, hospital and managed care strategist with a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and a proven track record of turning payer complexity into meaningful commercial wins.For over 15 years, I have helped emerging and established pharma and biotech companies bring their therapies to market, secure access across PBMs, payers, IDNs and government systems, and design strategies that drive both clinical impact and business results. I have negotiated more than 25 product access contracts, launched over 20 new products into managed markets, and built entire payer-facing organizations from the ground up.At Cytokinetics, I was one of the first commercial hires, tasked with building the company\'s market access infrastructure. I led a five-person national account team, pioneered the company\'s first meetings with PBM, payer and IDN customers. I also co-developed the PIE and value propositions for key pipeline assets. Prior to that, I spent nearly a decade at Genentech managing top national and regional accounts-often I was brought into challenging customer situations to rebuild trust and turn the business around. My career started at Merck, where I helped design national managed care and hospital strategies and led regional teams with full P&L responsibility.Currently, through my consulting work, I support clients navigating pre-launch decisions, contracting strategy, and payer and IDN engagement. I am also contributing thought leadership for industry roadmaps and publications.I bring a practical, relationship-first approach to every engagement.
