The primary function of Talent Acquisition is a dedicated group of recruiters who partner with leaders to bring over 3900 into new positions each year. Our Workforce Development team is focused on partnering with local schools and community partners to introduce health care careers to the community, developing our workforce of the future. Our Talent Business Partners work closely with our leaders to help identify the best way to acquire the ready now talent, maximize utilization when they are in their roles and make sure we do all we can to keep the talent engaged in their careers at Froedtert. The Froedtert Health System which includes 3 hospitals and 40 primary care and specialty clinics across the Greater Milwaukee area
