During his 30 year career in industrial real estate, Mark has successfully negotiated over transactions encompassing a half a billion square feet of sales and leases totalling more than $40 billion dollars in value. Mark is an executive committee member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Industrial and Office Product Council (IOPC-Red), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member, and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), serving as the Chairman of NAIOP\'s National E-Commerce Forum. Mark served on many Boards including Premier Logistics Properties, Ipswich Town Football Club, Phoenix Rising Football Club, 21st Century Ventures, and Phoenix Country Day School. Mark supports many local, national, and international charities including the Leadership Circle at Phoenix Children\'s Hospital, Teammates for Kids Foundation and Tumaini, a Kenyan orphanage.
