I have a deep understanding of both agile and structured product development methodologies, and I have successfully conceived, designed, managed, and shipped numerous products from the ground up. I have built and scaled high-performing UX teams from the ground up in several companies, establishing robust practices in product design, user experience research, and design thinking. I have successfully led initiatives to create a coherent platform experience out of disparate products, and I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges of integrating multiple products into a cohesive user experience. I evangelize a UX mindset across the organizations that I have worked for because I believe that everyone is ultimately responsible for a product’s user experience, not just designers, or engineers.
