   Responsible for developing analytics for yield prediction and root-cause determination of low-yielding material. Duties also include developing databases to store key data used for engineering analysis and developing Spotfire dashboards for visualizing data.Analytics:• Built Random Forest models to predict yield based on metrology and electrical test data• Implemented various machine learning algorithms like CART and kNN to find root cause of low yielding materialManufacturing Support:• Developed a defect system for storing KLA defect data and then developed code to determine how defect density impacts yield.• Developed a complete SPC system for monitoring fab (metrology) and electrical test data (wafer sort and final test)• Designed and developed robust C++/C# programs for transporting data from overseas production servers to local servers and validating data prior to database loading.Spotfire Developer/Administrator:• Rolled out Spotfire to the engineering community, including training and support.• Designed and created TIBCO Spotfire dashboards and developed custom visualizations and tools written in C#.
