About Mark Deck

I have over 30 years of experience in Information Technology. My experience runs from being a Mainframe and Desktop technician in the early years to my current position of VP of Information Technology. In my current position I am responsible for all matters pertaining to IT including but not limited to strategic planning, architectural design, and administration and budgeting. There is a staff of 10 individuals reporting to me. A significant portion of my career was spent in the International and Domestic Banking industry. I have managed technology groups such as Data Center Operations, Credit Card Processing, Computer Media, Compliance and Systems Engineering for companies such as CitiBank, Bank Austria, Goldman Sachs and NaBanco. More recently, I have been involved with Pharmacy Benefits systems where it is my responsibility to ensure 100% up time, sub second transaction processing and an automated fail-over.
