My leadership in Enterprise Architecture focuses on knowing and influencing the needs of our business. Using my skills and expertise, I\'ve been able to integrate business, information, application and technology architectures into enabling platforms. These platforms share common services and values across the enterprise allowing business to achieve their strategic vision quickly and efficiently. Current responsibilities focus on the development of architecture services within our chosen Frameworks providing guidance to business working within our technology ecosystems. These services comprise our Enterprise Architecture practice. As a long time practitioner of architecture, I have the privilege of transferring my experience and knowledge to others through mentor-ship and coaching. Being a senior member of architecture, I’m viewed as a thought leader blending expertise and capabilities with new thinking and original perspectives. Our Enterprise Architecture program is founded on the premise that business should differentiate based on architecture, people and thinking. This foundation emphasizes agility and leadership as a combination of \"common sense\" processes and projects that add value to a strategic business imperative. This commonality in architecture product and process based on our enabling platforms allows business to explore innovative ideas quickly. With a well developed combination of architecture and business services, the business stays ahead of the market providing a competitive edge to suppliers, partners and customers.

   As a key member of Enterprise Architecture, my primary focus is on strategy and the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture program (business, information and application architectures). In collaboration with Business Executives, Global Account Managers, and Solution Architects, I define and maintain the enterprise portfolio, business/IT processes and the information necessary for enabling business capabilities. Our EA program is focused on evolving our IT from a project driven environment to a more Services oriented environment (Business, IT and Micro-services). These services provide the scope and boundaries of our portfolio and the strategies and standards necessary to enable architecture components in a dynamically changing environment. Current focus has been the development of a new IoT management and analytics platform and product offering. Leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud services, advanced analytic/ML services (Databricks, etc.), and IoT Edge devices into a cohesive architecture. Several key cultural changes initiated by EA include- Enterprise Search w/Natural Language Analytics- Event Driven Architecture focused on Internet-of-Things (IoT/IIoT), Event Bus Technologies- Operational Intelligence systems, Enterprise Digital Twin, Intelligent BPMS, and Real-time streaming Decision Automation- Advanced Analytics focused on Real-time, Predictive and Prescriptive data analysis using SQL, NoSQL, In-Memory and Map-Reduce systems- Artificial Intelligence/ML and Intelligent Automation services across key areas of business; Cloud & Infrastructure, IoT/IIoT, M2M & M2H2M, Customer Experience, Business & IT Process Automation- Competitive Analysis and Research, New and existing product evaluation, Market strategy and placement.
