Group Finance Director of Tracsis PLC, a UK-listed transport technology group with revenues in excess of £80m, operating across the UK, Ireland, and North America.I am a member of the Group SLT and lead a global finance organisation of c.30 professionals across all markets, combining plc-level financial stewardship with an active role in shaping Group strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation as Tracsis executes its five-year plan, international growth ambitions, and transition toward a higher-quality, SaaS-led business model.Key responsibilities and contributions include:• Leadership of the Group finance function across all geographies, providing a single, integrated financial framework for an international business• Stewardship of plc financial governance and controls, including interim and full-year reporting, audit management, and regular engagement with the Audit Committee• Design and ownership of Group KPI frameworks and performance management, including increasing focus on SaaS and ARR-based metrics to drive transparency, accountability, and decision-making• Presentation of annual budgets and forecasts to the Board, supporting disciplined performance management and investment decisions• Strategic partnership with the CEO, CFO, Group M&A & Innovation Director, and functional C-suite leaders on Group strategy and execution priorities• Key stakeholder in M&A evaluation and pipeline development across the UK, US, and Eurozone, including fronting buyer-led due diligence and positioning Tracsis as a credible trade acquirer• Design and planning of a scalable finance operating model aligned to the Group’s SaaS pivot and international growth, with focus on automation, standardisation, and value-generation• Support to the CFO on investor relations and external stakeholder engagement including managing banks, advisers, and auditors
