Manage the day-to-day operations of projects, overseeing full-cycle production requirements to ensure that all shots are delivered to the Client according to established deadlines and budgets.• Act as the primary point of contact for the Client, professionally responding to all inquiries and ensuring that production schedules, change orders and billing requirements are communicated in a timely and efficient manner.• Organize and lead creative launches with key business partners prior to commencing the project, overseeing the turnover of plates, reviewing the scope of work, references, editorial cuts and set notes as well as setting payment milestones in advance.• Facilitate all spotting sessions, working with the VFX Supervisor to draft bid documents and assisting in the negotiation process with the Client so as to ensure that strategic business objectives are met.• Develop and implement the production/delivery schedules, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and forecasting resource requirements to ensure that the project meets agreed upon deadlines.• Lead all dailies and client reviews, flagging priority deliveries, reallocating resources accordingly and outlining associated impacts to the schedule.• Track and record all changes to the scope of work, updating project costs accordingly and maintaining an accurate understanding of actual versus bid project costs at all times, reviewing weekly cost reports together with the Executive Producer.• Compile weekly status reports for the Client, outlining progress updates as well as the expected work to be completed in the days to follow.• Manage all postings and deliveries of shots as well as assets, catering to editorial, marketing and/or trailer requests from the Client in support of the post-production schedule.
