My team makes CRM as good as it can be for the different US Commercial sales forces who use Veeva CRM at Takeda. We work with the “owners” of CRM for the sales teams and collect requirements, develop project plans, identify defect fixes, suggest improvements, train the field, and generally support CRM. We’re not IT; we don’t write code or do configuration, but we work with IT (and Veeva, and other partners and vendors) to determine the best solutions to business problems.
