About Mark Chernoff

Founder of the Chernoff Law Firm, PC, and previously a partner in two other law firms. Before practicing law, I served as a business development volunteer in the United States Peace Corps in the Republic of Moldova. I also worked as the editor of Corporate Conduct Quarterly, a newsletter that focused on corporate governance, ethics and regulatory compliance. In my practice I represent banks, construction companies, real estate investors and managers, a railroad, professional firms, doctors, dentists, lawyers, and a range of other businesses. I handles matters involving business, real estate, lending, and investment matters. My bachelor\'s degree was in business administration in May of 1992 from the University of Southern California. I received my law degree in May of 1995 at the University of Arizona. Following the Peace Corps, I also achieved a master\'s in public administration from Rutgers University, in January of 2001. I am admitted to practice in Arizona and California, in state courts and federal district courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. My experience includes service on the Board of Directors of a bank and various non-profit organizations.
