   I lead a team of marketers and asset managers who support the worldwide content licensing and marketing efforts for Paramount Global Content Distribution. We represent a vast catalog of titles produced by the Paramount Global \"house of brands\", which includes series and features from CBS Studios, Showtime, Paramount Pictures, Smithsonian, Nickelodeon, and MTV Entertainment among others. I\'m critically responsible for building a strong team culture by providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to make sure everyone is performing at their best and working toward our common goals.In my role, I oversee content marketing campaigns in different parts of the world and collaborate with in-territory teams to create region-specific custom activations and elements where it makes sense to do so, ensuring brand consistency across the globe. Additionally, I manage internal teams and outside agencies in the development and implementation of marketing campaign creative and deliverables. I\'m also responsible for keeping the team up to date with leading-edge marketing systems and tooling. That includes building and deploying project management tools, RPA solutions, DAMs, event systems, and screening platforms.
